And it was later discovered that Alex was the third strange wolf. And he was the one whom Ann shot. Simon used the dexterity of a soldier to capture Kyra who later confessed that she was sent by Ann step-mom to assassinate Ann and bring out her heart for reasons best known to her.

While in the prison, the step mom made her own confession of her being a witch and to the utmost surprise of everyone, she confessed that she was the one responsible for the existence of vampire wolves.

Through a poison called Antigenetic, she carried it out by injecting it on a wolf who would then transmit it to humans.

Her explanation were not lucid but Ann and her brother seems to understand.

Max later turned back to human with the help of expertised specialist, who brought out the wolf gene in him, making him pure human, same was done to Alex and Kyra.

Things went back well. They all travelled out from Yellowstone to Bradford, were Simon proposed to the Kyra (who was now a full human).

It was indeed a special celebration. Alex later fell in love with Marabel (one of Ann step sister). Things went well.
